You retain ownership of the content you upload (resumes, CVs, cover letters, portfolio materials), but by using our Services you grant Swipely a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to:

• Process your data for providing the Services;

• Share application materials with employers where you apply through Swipely;

• Use anonymized data to improve the platform (without identifying you).

You agree not to upload content that:

• Violates any laws or third-party rights;

• Is offensive, harmful, or discriminatory;

• Contains malware or viruses.

8. Payments and Subscriptions
